Any project coordinator operates four components: spending, timing, time and producing a satisfactory result. Qualified PMs also aim at making the organization of work better. Most undertakings utilize such elements as people, money, and equipment to produce results and hit selected targets. To work with projects successfully you have to handle quite a few things. A few of them can be found below:

- Task setting and reviewing achievement.

- Dealing with risk. Take any project and you will see that it has a lot of uncertainties that should be dealt with.

- Allocating and supervising resources.

- Determining the outcomes of the project.

- Overseeing the project in terms of who is doing what and at what time.

- Managing adequate quality.
